Four Cheese Asparagus and Pancetta Pizza with Balsamic Glaze

Indulge in the rich and savory flavors of this gourmet pizza featuring a medley of four cheeses, blanched asparagus, and crispy pancetta. The balsamic glaze adds a delightful touch of sweetness to each bite. Perfect for a fabulous meal at home

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8-10 asparagus spears, trimmed and blanched
  • 4-6 slices of pancetta
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 475F 245C

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness

Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce

Arrange the blanched asparagus spears and pancetta slices on top of the cheese

Dot the pizza with spoonfuls of ricotta cheese and sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the top

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and golden

Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze

Garnish with fresh basil leaves
