Apple, Pear, and Ginger Smoothie

This Apple, Pear, and Ginger Smoothie is a tasty and healthy mix of fresh fruits and the spicy kick of ginger. This is a great way to start the day or a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place the chopped apple, pear, and ginger in a blender

Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey if using

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes

Blend until smooth and creamy

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey

Pour into a glass and serve immediately
