Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Put potato slices in a large bowl and add olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper
Toss the potatoes until they are evenly covered
Put potato slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer
After the oven is hot, bake the chips for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before you serve it
