Keto Broccoli Ham Mozzarella Baked Eggs

This keto-friendly dish combines the goodness of broccoli, ham, and mozzarella cheese baked with eggs for a satisfying meal thats low in carbs and high in protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing baking dish

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Use cooking spray or oil to grease a baking dish

Cover the baking dish with broccoli florets and ham dices

Add mozzarella cheese shreds to the broccoli and ham

Make sure the eggs are spread out evenly over the broccoli, ham, and cheese

Add pepper and salt to taste

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the eggs are set
