Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Maple syrup and fresh fruit for serving
Instructions:
In a blender, combine ripe banana, rolled oats, almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or cooking spray
