Grilled Pesto Pizza with Burrata, Prosciutto, and Microgreens

This Grilled Pesto Pizza with Burrata, Prosciutto, and Microgreens is a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The smoky grilled crust pairs perfectly with the creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and fresh microgreens. Its a gourmet pizza thats easy to make and sure to impress your guests

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup microgreens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want

Put the dough on the grill with the oil-side down

Close the grill and cook the dough for two to three minutes, or until it has grill marks and is a little crispy

First, use tongs or a spatula to flip the pizza over

Then, brush the top with more olive oil

Cover the side of the pizza dough that was grilled with pesto sauce

Cut the burrata cheese into small pieces and sprinkle them on top of the pesto

The prosciutto slices should be put on top of the burrata

Put the lid back on the grill and cook for another two to three minutes, or until the cheese melts and the prosciutto gets a little crispy

Take the pizza off the grill and top it with the microgreens

Add pepper and salt to taste

Cut it up and serve it right away
