Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Put the new spinach leaves in a blender
Put the Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, honey if you want it, and vanilla extract in the blender
The banana should be ripe
Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth
Put the ice cubes and chunks of frozen mango into the blender
Once more, blend the smoothie until its smooth and all the ingredients are mixed in
