Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mini Reeses peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate graham crackers and melted butter
Mix well
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or jars to create the crust layer
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue to beat until well combined
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a light and fluffy cheesecake filling
Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust in the serving glasses
Sprinkle chopped mini Reeses peanut butter cups on top of the cheesecake layer
Drizzle chocolate ganache over the peanut butter cups for added indulgence
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top
Chill the trifles in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving
Garnish with additional chopped Reeses cups and a drizzle of chocolate ganache before serving
